Hotel criminoso Não fechem nada com esse Hotel Combinamos um transfer do hotel para o aeroporto que foi cobrado 40 mil pesos. Confirmamos o valor DUAS VEZES, no dia anterior e no dia do transfer. ( No dia anterior com um moço careca e no dia da viagem com uma moça) Após o motorista chegar e colocar todas as malas no carro foi informado que o valor era de 45 mil pesos. Foi uma discussão enorme , ele mostrou a conversa cobrando 45 mil pro hotel e mesmo a gente falando que a culpa era da recepção que nós passou o valor errado ele foi super rude, como se 4 pessoas não tivessem escutado que o valor era 40 MIL PESOS. O motorista nem estava na recepção na hora que foi informado o valor. A partir daí a direção foi perigosa durante todo o trajeto. Hotel que não cumpre a palavra com seus hóspedes. Ficamos 7 dias e estragaram toda a estadia por causa de 5 mil pesos

El hotel es hermoso, está muy bien ubicado, todo super limpio, el agua del baño sale caliente, las sábanas son limpias y la atención del personal excelente, super predispuestos a asistirnos en lo que necesitáramos. El desayuno es excelente, tienen una gran variedad para todos los gustos. Lo super recomiendo!!

Hotel bom com otima localização, cama confortável e travesseiros otimos. Caso saia muito cedo para os passeios, antes do café da manhã, eles fazem um lanche para vc levar. O quarto que nós ficamos era bem grande, decoração muito antiga e faltava uma mesa na cabeceira. Banheiro muito ruim, minimo e quando tomava banho molhava tudo.
